Lyra Beginner Class Description:
Welcome to the captivating world of Lyra, also known as the aerial hoop! Our Lyra Beginner Class is perfect for those who are new to this apparatus and eager to explore the foundations of this beautiful aerial discipline. Led by our instructor, Becca, you will learn the essential techniques and skills needed to safely and confidently navigate the lyra.

Class Overview:
- Warm-Up: Each class begins with a thorough warm-up to prepare your body for the physical demands of aerial work. This includes stretches, conditioning exercises, and exercises specific to lyra training to enhance strength and flexibility.

- Foundation Building: Becca will guide you through beginner-level conditioning exercises that focus on building the necessary strength and endurance for Lyra work. This will help you develop the core strength and upper body stability required to execute basic moves and transitions on the hoop.

- Mounting the Hoop: Learn different methods of safely and gracefully mounting the Lyra as you become familiar with the apparatus. Becca will provide step-by-step guidance and adjustments to ensure proper technique and body alignment during the mounting process.

- Fundamental Basics: Dive into the fundamental techniques, poses, and transitions specific to lyra. Becca will break down each move, providing clear instructions and demonstrations to help you understand and execute them confidently and gracefully.

Intermediate/Advanced Lyra Class Description:
For those who have already mastered the fundamentals of lyra, our Intermediate/Advanced Lyra Class is designed to take your skill set to the next level. This class is perfect for aerialists looking to refine their technique, explore more complex moves, and challenge themselves in the air.

Class Overview:
- Warm-Up: Begin each class with a comprehensive warm-up with strength and flexibility training. These exercises will prepare your body for the increased demands of more advanced lyra work.

- Advanced Conditioning: Enhance your strength, endurance, and stamina through targeted conditioning exercises. Our instructor will guide you through progressive drills to help you build the necessary physical capabilities to execute more challenging moves on the lyra.

- Poses, Spins, Flips, and Tricks: Explore a wide range of dynamic and stunning poses, spins, flips, and tricks in the air. Becca will introduce you to intermediate and advanced level moves, providing detailed instructions and spotting techniques to ensure safety and proper form.

Join our Lyra Beginner Class, Intermediate/Advanced Lyra Class, or Beginning/Intermediate Cube Class and embark on a rewarding journey of aerial artistry. Our highly skilled instructor, Becca, will guide you every step of the way, helping you build confidence, strength, and grace on the aerial hoop and cube.
