- **Sequences and Choreography:** Develop longer and more complex sequences, incorporating various tricks and poses. Work on creating seamless transitions and adding personal flair to your routines.
- **Strength and Conditioning:** Continue to enhance your upper body and core strength through advanced conditioning exercises tailored for aerialists. Focus on increasing endurance and power for more demanding movements.
- **Flexibility and Balance:** Improve your flexibility with targeted stretches and exercises designed to complement your lyra practice. Work on maintaining balance and control during challenging maneuvers.
- **Creative Expression:** Explore your artistic side by developing unique routines and experimenting with musicality and performance quality. Learn to express emotions and tell a story through your movements.

**Prerequisites:**
- **Experience:** Students should have completed a beginner lyra course or have equivalent experience. Proficiency in basic mounts, dismounts, and poses is required.
- **Strength:** Ability to execute moves such as pull-ups, leg lifts, and inversions with relative ease.

**What to Wear:**
- Comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that covers the back of your knees and midriff.
- Avoid clothing with zippers or buttons that can catch on the hoop.
- Bare feet or flexible, non-slip footwear recommended.
