In this class, students will work on:
Handstands and progressions (wall-supported to freestanding)
Shoulder alignment, core activation, and body line control
Wrist conditioning and balance drills
Press-ups, leg variations, and transitions
Developing focus, endurance, and control for stage and skill-building
Whether you're just finding your balance or refining advanced shapes, this class is ideal for aerialists, acrobats, dancers, and movers who want to develop strength and grace upside down.
