Jump, roll, balance, and fly! This action-packed class combines tumbling fundamentals with partner acrobatics, making it perfect for students looking to build strength, coordination, and body control — whether for fun, performance, or aerial support.
Taught by international circus performer Coach Andrii Piershyn, this class focuses on:
Tumbling skills: rolls, handstands, cartwheels, walkovers, aerials
Strength & conditioning for acro and aerial work
Partner acrobatics: basic lifts, counterbalances, and transitions
Body awareness, control, and safety technique
No experience needed — students will be grouped and challenged at their level. Whether you're a beginner or a performer looking to refine technique, this class will help you move with confidence and power.
