At Avatar Sports, our Stretching & Flexibility class is designed to support every aerialist and acrobat in building the strength, mobility, and clean lines needed for safe and beautiful movement. Students work on splits, backbends, shoulder and hip mobility, and active flexibility drills that translate directly into aerial technique. With a focus on injury prevention and safe progressions, this class is a must for beginners laying foundations, team members preparing for competition, and advanced students refining their artistry on stage.
