This class is perfect for adults who are new to aerial silks or building on their foundations. Students will work on climbs, footlocks, basic wraps, and transitions, while learning how to move with strength and control. For those at an intermediate level, Monica will introduce progressions into sequences and simple drops, with plenty of options to challenge each student safely.

Monica’s teaching style focuses on clear technique, creative combinations, and supportive instruction, making this class a great fit whether you’re starting fresh or continuing your aerial journey.
