Build elite-level strength, clean lines, and injury-resilient technique with one of the industry’s most respected coaches.
When: 5:00 PM (90 minutes)
Where: Avatar Sports Aerial Arts, Thousand Oaks
Level: All levels welcome (progressions & regressions provided)
Shoulder mechanics & scapular control: active vs. passive hangs, safe engagement, overhead stability
Core for aerialists: hollow/arch, anti-rotation, hip flexor vs. abdominal activation
Efficient inversions & entries: timing, momentum, and energy-saving technique
Beats & swing basics: tempo, body shapes, and control across apparatus
Grip endurance & injury-prevention: forearm care, recovery, sustainable training
Short conditioning circuits: take-home drills to keep improving after the workshop
Cross-apparatus fundamentals for silks, hammock, lyra, straps and more. No specific apparatus experience required—Stuart tailors progressions to each participant.
Fitted training clothes (no zippers), water bottle, optional grip, small notebook.
