This class introduces the foundations of handstands, inversions, and body alignment in a supportive, adult-friendly environment. Youβll learn proper technique for safe balancing, build shoulder and core strength, and improve flexibility β all while developing confidence and body awareness.
No prior experience required β just curiosity and a willingness to challenge yourself!
Perfect for aerialists, dancers, or anyone wanting to improve balance, coordination, and overall physical control.
