Mat Pilates & Stretch is a low-impact class focused on core strength, flexibility, posture, balance, and overall body conditioning. The class combines Pilates-based exercises, deep stretching, mobility work, and controlled movement to help improve strength, alignment, flexibility, and body awareness.

Suitable for all levels, including beginners, dancers, aerialists, athletes, and anyone looking to build strength while improving mobility and recovery.

Led by Coach Luna.

Luna’s training style focuses on creating long, strong, toned muscles while improving:

This is NOT a basic Pilates class.
