Strengthen, lengthen, and energize your body with our dynamic Mat Pilates & Stretch class led by Coach Luna.

This is not your typical Pilates class. Designed for adults of all fitness levels, this low-impact yet challenging workout combines Pilates-based conditioning, deep stretching, mobility training, resistance work, and full-body strengthening to help you move better, feel stronger, and improve overall athletic performance.

Luna's training style focuses on creating long, strong, toned muscles while improving flexibility, stability, posture, and body awareness. Drawing inspiration from elite gymnastics training, dance conditioning, and New York-style fitness programs, each class delivers a balanced combination of strength, mobility, and recovery.
