This class is designed for students with a strong foundation in aerial training who are continuing to build strength, technique, endurance, and artistry on the lyra.
Students in this level are typically training more consistently and beginning preparation for performances, showcases, and future competitions.

• Mounts, inversions & transitions
• Spins & combinations
• Strength & conditioning
• Flexibility & extension
• Performance quality & confidence
• Building longer aerial sequences
