Monica Lynn

Monica Lynn has been teaching aerial arts in Los Angeles for nearly a decade. She began instructing at The Vertitude in Canoga Park in 2016, where she developed a reputation for her clear instruction, creative choreography, and ability to support students of all levels.

With a strong background in aerial hammock and silks, Monica creates classes that balance technique, artistry, and safety, while keeping training engaging and fun for adult students. Her teaching style is rooted in building confidence and clean foundations while encouraging students to explore musicality and self-expression in the air.

Monica is passionate about guiding beginners through their first skills, supporting intermediate students in refining transitions and combos, and helping adults discover the joy and empowerment of aerial at any age.

At Avatar Sports:
Monica leads our Adult Hammock (Intermediate) and Adult Silks classes, bringing her years of experience and signature teaching style to the Avatar Sports community.
