Purchase Membership

12 class passes per month. Perfect for a 3x/week regular routine! Credits renew each billing cycle and must be used within the month (unused credits do not roll over).

Cancellations & Absences

• 6-Hour Cancellation Window: Class reservations must be canceled at least 6 hours prior to the scheduled class start time.
• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Any reservation canceled less than 6 hours prior to class will be marked as a no-show and is strictly ineligible for a make-up class credit or refund.
• Emergency Cancellations: If an unexpected emergency prevents class attendance, please contact the studio via call or email with your emergency details. Verified emergency cancellations will receive a make-up class credit valid for 30 days from the missed class date.

• Studio Cancellations: If Avatar Aerial Sports must cancel classes due to weather, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, appropriate class credits or refunds will be issued at the studio's discretion.

Membership & Financial Policies

Payment Options & Billing Cycle

• Payment Methods: Memberships may be set up via automatic recurring billing on the payment method kept on file, or completed through manual monthly payments.
• Manual Payment Due Date: Memberships paid manually month-to-month must be paid by the 25th of the month preceding attendance to maintain an active membership and reserve upcoming classes. 
• Keep your membership active continuously with automated payments to lock in and honor your current membership rate throughout the season.

Class Expiration & Rollovers

• No Month-to-Month Rollovers: Membership class credits are valid only during the designated billing month. Any classes unused by the end of the period will be forfeited and will not roll over into subsequent months.

Membership Freeze Option

• Annual Hold: All active memberships include a 1-month freeze option per calendar year.
• Request Requirements: Freeze requests must be submitted in writing via email a minimum of 7 to 10 days before the start of the intended freeze period's billing cycle. Requests submitted less than 7 days prior to billing are ineligible for processing for that cycle.
