Welcome to OpenGym, where students of all skill levels can come and train independently on their aerial skills in a safe and supportive environment. Our OpenGym sessions provide a flexible space for you to practice, refine, and explore aerial techniques outside of structured classes. Whether you're perfecting a routine, working on conditioning, or just want to enjoy some extra time on the apparatus, OpenGym is the perfect opportunity to get creative and enhance your skills.

OpenGym Details:

Days & Times: Join us between 6:00 pm and 8:00 pm Monday - Thursday; Friday 4 pm - 5 pm, and Saturday 9 am - 12 pm

Pricing Options:

$40 for a one-hour session.

Who Can Attend: OpenGym is open to all students currently enrolled in our aerial programs, from beginners to advanced practitioners. It’s ideal for those who want extra time to work on specific tricks, build strength, or just enjoy the freedom of open training. Students must be comfortable training independently, as OpenGym is not a structured class; however, a staff member will be present for supervision to ensure a safe environment.

Safety and Guidelines:

All participants must sign in upon arrival and adhere to studio rules and safety protocols.

OpenGym is for training only; no formal instruction will be provided during these sessions.

Apparatus availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Proper attire, including leggings and fitted tops, is required to ensure safety on aerial equipment.

Participants under 18 must have a parent or guardian's consent.
