Our Avatar Sports Aerial Summer Camp is a structured, high-quality training program designed to help students build strength, confidence, and performance skills in a professional and inspiring environment.
Open to ages 5+, this program welcomes both beginners and experienced students, with training tailored to each level.
Daily Training Experience
Students train across multiple disciplines each day, including:
- Aerial Silks, Lyra, and Hammock
- Strength, conditioning, and flexibility training
- Acrobatics, tumbling, and hand balancing (2–3 sessions per week)
- Character work and performance development
- Choreography and creative movement
Training is guided by specialized coaches in each discipline, ensuring focused instruction and consistent progress.
Elite Aerial Intensive Option
For students seeking accelerated progress, our Elite Aerial Intensive offers an extended 6-hour training day (9:30 AM – 3:30 PM).
This program is ideal for competitive athletes or dedicated students looking to:
- Build new routines
- Upgrade and refine existing skills
- Improve technique, transitions, and performance quality
