Silks Pre -Team

The Pre-Team program is an invitation-only class designed for students who demonstrate potential and commitment to advance their aerial skills. Selected by our coaches, this program focuses on building strong fundamentals and preparing students for the next step: joining the competitive and performance-level team.

Invitation-Only Access: Students are invited by the coach based on skill level, dedication, and potential.

Foundational Skill Building: Emphasis on mastering core techniques, strength, and flexibility.

Commitment Requirement: Students train on one primary apparatus with a commitment to two classes per week, along with optional additional conditioning or technique sessions.

Preparation for Team Progression: Designed to prepare students for the Junior Aerial Team, including competitive and performance opportunities.

This program provides a supportive and challenging environment for aerialists who are ready to push themselves and grow.
