Some individuals may find that private lessons are more appealing. Unlike basic classes, private lessons are a one on one experience with an instructor. Private lessons can bring about improvements to one’s mental and physical health and help one achieve personal fitness goals.

After clicking the button above, you have successfully reserved a spot in the class. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask you to arrive 5 minutes before the scheduled class time and check-in.
Please be aware that if you arrive more than 15 minutes after the class has started, you will not be able to join the session.
Additionally, please note that we do not accept class cancellations less than 6 hours before the scheduled class time.
